Our made-to-order production process helps to eliminate some of the common issues in the clothing industry such as waste and overproduction, since we only start producing when there is a demand.

We offer both personal in-store fittings with our experienced clothiers, as well as our purely online SmartFit algorithm to assist you with your custom clothing, no matter where you are. We always include our 100 days of fitting guarantee to ensure your satisfaction.

There are two ways to get fitted. If you are located near any of our Mond stores, you can book a time or you can use our online fitting tool, SmartFit, wherever you are.

Once you are fitted, you can choose between all our custom tailored garments with thousands of customizing possibilities – all to match your exact preferences.

Attention to detail

Express yourself. With thousands of customization options and more than 10.000 different fabrics, we offer almost endless design combinations for your custom outfit. Dream it, design it.
Consistency

We sew and make your custom garments based on your personal fit. Your fit is stored as a digital pattern that you can access from your profile. We use automatic cutting machines that cuts the fabric with laser precision for a consistent result, everytime you place an order.
Zero waste

.. is impossible, but we are as close to zero waste as it gets. Our made-to-order production flow helps to eliminate the vast amount of waste that typically results from overstocking odd sizes and colors in ready-to-wear fashion. We only produce on demand.

Når kan jeg forvente å få bestillingen min?

Alle spesialtilpassede bestillinger leveres innen et tidsrom på 4-6 uker som standard. Ekspressbestillinger leveres innen 3 uker, for en økt kostnad. Vi vil holde deg oppdatert på prosessen via e-post, i tillegg til på kontosiden din.

Hva skjer hvis klærne ikke passer til mine preferanser?

I noen tilfeller kan klærne dine trenge en siste ekstra touch, for å passe din preferanse og smak 100%. Derfor inkluderer konseptet vårt en 100-dagers passformgaranti på alle tilpassede bestillinger, gratis. Vi vil simpelthen at du skal være helt og fullstendig fornøyd med ditt nye skreddersydde produkt.

Hvordan lages passformen min?

Per 2023 tilbyr konseptet vårt to måter å skape din passform på. Hvis du bor i nærheten av noen av våre butikker, oppfordrer vi deg til å booke en time (gratis) for å bli skannet og målt samt oppleve konseptet vårt personlig.

Du kan også lage din tilpassede passform på noen få minutter ved å bruke vår unike SmartFit-algoritme. Uansett hva du velger, er du alltid dekket av vår 100 dagers passformgaranti, hvilket gjør det helt risikofritt for deg å prøve skreddersydd.

Når passformen din er opprettet, fungerer den for alle våre spesialtilpassede produkter, slik at du enkelt kan handle alt du måtte ønske.

Betaler jeg før eller etter at jeg mottar de spesialtilpassede klærne mine?

Hos Mond tar vi alltid betaling på forhånd for alle spesialbestillinger, ettersom hver bestilling er unik og lages først ved kundens forespørsel. Produksjonsprosessen vår er automatisk, og bestillingen din vil normalt gå i produksjon innen 24 timer etter kjøpet for å være så rask og effektiv som mulig. Men du kan være trygg på at vi vil gjøre alt som står i vår makt for å sørge for at du er fornøyd med dine skreddersydde plagg.
