When creating an account or placing an order, we ask you for some personal information such as Name, Email, Postal code, City, Country and phone number. During a fitting in any of our shops, we will also gather the necessary body measurements in order for us to create your custom garments.

Credit card information will be requested for the purchase and is securely processed by our payment provider Bambora Online. We do not store your sensitive credit card information on our site.

The data concerning the transaction will be stored with us for a period of at least 5 years after the end of the financial year, when the order is placed, due to the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Personal information will be stored for an unlimited period of time, except you ask for erasure.

You can always enter your personal data by logging in to your account at mond.dk with an individual password of your choice. In case you want to delete your data with us, please contact our customer service at the above stated email address.
